cole had his 6 month check-up today...it was so traumatizing. cole fell off the table while we were waiting for the nurse to come in with the shots. direct hit right on the forehead! the doctor ran in and checked his eyes and limbs and we put an ice pack on it. everything looked ok but cole just couldn't settle down so the doctor told me to watch his pupils for dilation and his soft spot for bulging. poor cole...i feel terrible. given the state he was in, he handled the shots pretty well. i pinched mclayne's leg buckling her in and cole started crying when i put him in the car, so i drove away with two SCREAMING kids. not fun.
he is still average across the board...well, except for his looks, which are clearly above-average;)

Don't you just love days like these. Remind me to tell you sometime about our recent incident with Reynolds in the shower and then maybe Cole falling off the table won't make you feel so bad. Have fun in Utah!

Don't worry about dropping Cole. I understand, you've got to keep him in his place, remind him who's in charge. I "drop" Sadie every once in a while when she gets too lippy.
